Here's how your Video Yearbook works...

Your Video Yearbook is comprised of photographs and video your staff and students take during the school year. We capture your material into a video editing system, enhance it with pleasing transitions, insert titles (like divider pages in a yearbook), set the pictures to music, and then record the entire package on VHS videotape or DVD. We can also tape some video footage which you can use as a message from the principle or headmaster, or to catch candid video clips of students and teachers.

Raise funds with a Video Yearbook from Sweetwater Video Productions...

When you choose the Video Yearbook Fund-raising Program, Sweetwater Video Productions will provide detailed instructions, order forms, and promotional materials. Your yearbook committee will get busy collecting pictures of students, teachers, administrators, and staff, as well as candid photos and video of the year's school highlights. You'll use the promotional materials and order forms supplied to advertise your video yearbooks, and collect orders and payment.

Your photos and guaranteed purchase amount will be due by March 15th for a May delivery, or by May 30th for a summer delivery.

We do the rest, creating a memorable record of the special people and moments that made your school a unique place of learning and laughter this year. Your school's Video Yearbooks will be delivered (on VHS or DVD) to your school or may be shipped directly to students with an additional shipping and handling fee.
